What you need to be eligible for loan (Employed)

  • You should be between 22 and 59 years old.
  • You must run an account (Current or Savings) with a commercial Bank in Nigeria.
  • Applicant must live and or work in Port Harcourt, Asaba, Lagos, Abeokuta, Ibadan.
  • You must have a verifiable monthly income.
  • You must have a clean Credit Bureau Report.
  • You must not have a history of returned cheques in your account.
  • One recent passport photograph (within the last 6 months)
  • Salary bank statement for the last 6 months (must be stamped by the bank). Your bank can send it directly to us.
  • NUBAN Cheque leaves for the duration of Loan (agreed at branch) OR Filled Direct Debit Form
  • Staff Identification card
  • Letter of Employment, Confirmation, Promotion, Redeployment, Salary Increase OR Introduction Letter from Employer’s HR to JFD Fortunes
  • Utility Bill (PHCN, Water bill, LAWMA bill OR Rent Agreement) not older than 3 months
  • Valid Proof of Identification (current ECOWAS Passport, National Identification, Driver’s License or Voters ID)

What you need to be eligible for loan (Self-Employed)

• One recent passport photograph
• Valid proof of government identification (International passport, National Identification card, Driver’s license, Voter’s card and National Identity Management Commission card).
• Valid work identification card/Business card.
• Most recent 6 months bank statement (Corporate and personal) signed and stamped by the bank or sent by your bank to: credits@jfdcredits.com
• Proof of tax registration or receipt of payment.
• Mean of repayment (NUBAN cheques only)
• Memorandum and articles of association.
• Certificate of incorporation.
• Recent utility bill (within the last three (3) months). (Lawma bill, Recent Rent Agreement, Water bill, Electricity bill) (business and home)
• A guarantor
Guarantor requirements:
• Guarantor must be a verified and approved by JFD Credits International Ltd..
• One recent passport photograph
• Most recent 3 months bank statement signed and stamped by the bank or sent by your bank to: credits@jfdcredits.com
• Nubancheque leaves
• Letter of employment, confirmation, promotion, redeployment or salary increase.
• Valid work identification card.
• Valid proof of government identification (International passport, National Identification card, Driver’s license, Voter’s card and National Identity Management Commission card).
• Recent utility bill (within the last three (3) months) (Lawma bill, Recent Rent Agreement, Water bill, Electricity bill).

Does JFD Credits require a Credit Check?

Yes this forms a major part of our loan criteria, we use it to verify information provided in your loan application form.
JFD Credits will obtain it directly, our customers do not need to get this for us.

Do I need to come to the branch to obtain a loan?

No, you do not need to visit the branch at the initial stage of your application. You can make an interim application on our website and by calling 0700CREDITS to speak to our sales team.

Will the details of my loan be disbursed to a third party?
